Whether or not you read our terms of use,
if you use any of our lineart/tubes
you are still agreeing to abide by all the terms listed here.
We reserve the right to change these terms at anytime as we see fit.

We understand that reading terms is a really boring
thing to have to do, but it's as much for your benefit as it is ours. 

Payment must be made within 5 business days
You will be sent a reminder after 3 days,
and cancelled after 5 days.

 

:::General Terms:::

No AS IS tubing allowed at Colored Creations.

You may not tube ANYTHING at Colored Creations and sell with an AS IS option.

A tube license from Colord Creations ONLY allows you to tube lines and offer for END USE ONLY.

You may not share your username or password with anyone! If you do your membership will be terminated immediately!

You must have a website, there will be NO exceptions!

 

**A text link back to our site is now acceptable. You will NOT have to display the members logos, however if you have purchased a tube license you are REQUIRED to display the license with a clickable link back to Colored Creations! No exceptions if the tube license is not visable your membership will be suspended.

You must display our logo or text link with a link back to us somewhere on your site,even if your membership has expired you must still display our logo/text link with a link back to us. Placing the logo on membership page is acceptable.  You will have 10 day to get our logo/text link on your site.If you fail to do so it will result in your account being suspended until the logo/text link is displayed.

You are allowed to make a profit from our lineart/tubes such as Sig Tags,Premades, IM Letters, Stationary,WP Themes, and Websets.
You may not claim any of our work as your own! If you do, your membership will be terminated and you will be asked to remove all of work from your site.
We still retain the copyright on all of our creations you are only purchasing the creative license to use them.

You must have the No Right Click Code, and the No Image Tool Bar installed on your site on any pages that our lineart/tubes are displayed. You can get those codes at Dynamic Drive.
If you have a member's only section on your website we don't require access to any membership site. Just be forewarned..that if you violiate our terms of use your membership will be revoked without notice.
Your site can not contain any of the following: Racism, Religious Intolerance, Copyright Infringment of other artists, Hatred, or Pornography.

You may not use our lineart for scrap booking, digitalizing, or any mass production.

Any violation of the terms listed here will result in your membership being suspended and/or terminated. It is to our discretion whether or not you will be allowed to remain as a member.

We are paypal verified and that is the method of payment that we prefer.We may in the future offer other forms of payment but not at this time.

 

As soon as your username and password are activated there will be NO REFUNDS!



:::Lineart Terms:::

You may use our lineart to create graphics as specified in General Terms.

You may only tube our lineart if you purchase a special character license, however you may only tube selected lineart, not everything that is offered can be tubed. We will specify what you can and can not tube.
You are not allowed to alter our lineart in any way with the exceptions of shading them, unless you have *special permission.

You may not greyscale the lines and offer to anyone to color and use in any way, shape or form.
No As Is tubing optin is allowed. Nothing at Colored Creations may be tubed and sold with an As Is option.
You may not claim any of our lineart as your own, nor are you to offer our uncolored lineart in any collections, through forums, email, mailing lists, news groups, or message groups.

You are not allowed to use our lineart to create tutorials.

You may claim that our lineart that you use is 100% original mouse drawn, but you must give us credit for the lineart.

Please note that some non-original lineart contained in Colored Creations have written permission by the original creators for redistribution "as is" only through our site.

:::Tube Terms:::

You are not allowed to use the tubes/bases "as is" you must add props or
accessories to them. Just adding text to a tube/base is not allowed.
You are not allowed to recolor, resize or alter our tubes/bases in any way.

You may not claim our tubes/bases as your own. Many of our tubes are original
100% mouse drown and we retain the copyrights on all of our original lineart.
However we do offer tubes/bases that are not of our creation, but we do hold
a license to tube others lineart or use their bases. You may not use our
tubes/bases for scrap booking, digitalizing, or any mass production.

::Other Goodies::

Other goodies include alphas, backgrounds, layouts and IM stationary.
You may use the alphas and backgrounds to create items for free or profit.
You may not redistribute any items "as is". You must create something with them.
The layouts, IM stationary and color charts are for your personal use only.
